Context

My role

The Handling Difficult Conversations module was created to help learners manage challenging discussions by focusing on mindset awareness and its impact. It offered techniques to shift unhelpful mindsets and highlighted reflective listening to ensure others felt heard. The module also introduced tools for managing resistance, enhancing conflict resolution and communication. Storytelling through animated videos effectively brought these concepts to life.

I collaborated with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify the problem and define the business needs. This involved conducting discovery sessions, gathering insights, and using the information to create a wireframe, followed by a storyboard, before progressing to the build phase.
