My role

The Knowledge Content Governance Framework module helps content owners understand their responsibilities and the steps to follow when creating, managing, or taking ownership of content.

I worked closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify core business needs. Through discovery sessions, I gathered key insights to create a wireframe and developed a storyboard to ensure a clear, cohesive narrative before the build phase. To enhance engagement, I integrated relevant stories throughout the process.
