Context

My role

The Parking Service and Compliance module is designed to help learners become familiar with the various teams at AT and understand their roles in assisting customers.

I collaborated with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define business requirements, using discovery sessions to gather insights. I then created a wireframe and storyboard to ensure a clear narrative. To enhance engagement, I incorporated storytelling, interactive elements, and knowledge checks with relevant feedback to reinforce understanding.
