Context

My role

The Health and Safety and Wellbeing module focuses on helping learners understand the risks they may encounter, how to mitigate those risks, and the processes they should follow to ensure their own safety and wellbeing.

I worked closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify the core problem and define the business requirements. This involved conducting discovery sessions, gathering valuable insights, and using that information to create a wireframe. From there, I developed a storyboard to guide the process, ensuring a clear narrative before moving into the build phase. To further enhance engagement and storytelling, I incorporated customer stories throughout
the process.
