Context

My role

The Payments module was designed to help learners gain a deeper understanding of the payments process in their role and become familiar with the systems and screens they will use.

I collaborated with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify the problem and define the business needs. This involved conducting discovery sessions, gathering insights, and using the information to create a wireframe, followed by a storyboard, before progressing to the build phase.
